Appetizer:
Sea-salt roasted celeriac tartare, arugula, French mustard, potato chips, scallion mayonnaise.Soups:
Standard: Four-bird broth, vegetable dumplings, carrot julienne, chives, porcini powder.
Vegetarian: Onion broth, vegetable dumplings, carrot julienne, chives, porcini powder.Main Course – Multi-portion platters:
Chicken De Volaille with butter and parsley

Beef cheeks braised in red wine
Lentil, sun-dried tomato, and sweet potato veggie loaf

Sausage, Polish blood sausage (kaszanka) with cabbage in foil, BBQ ribs, poultry skewers, beef kofta
Vegetarian: baked potatoes, grilled vegetables, tzatziki, BBQ sauce, grilled cheeses, cranberries, bread, Bolognese-style baked zucchini with parmesan, corn on the cob.

Hungarian beef goulash and small dumplings.
Vegetarian: Borscht made from fermented beets and hibiscus, savory pastries stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms.

Accomodation
Dear Family and Friends!
Due to the limited number of beds in the families’ accomodation, we certainly provide beds for family first! If there will be any places left, we will try to redistribute it between friends from Hungary. This accomodation includes breakfast and lunch, but there is also kitchen available for own use. The accomodations: Agroturystyka Zwardoń, Agroturystyka Raj.
Anyway we are eager to help everyone to find accomodation in the neihborhood. Please let us know if you prefer to handle your own accomodation.
To all friends from Erasmus: we can try to find you a common accomodation together, so please let us know how long you are planning to stay.

Frequently Asked Questions
Dresscode?
Yes, please do not wear white. Autumn colors are welcome, it will fit in the decoration. That’s all 😉
Transport to and from the party?
To the family members accomodated in Zwardoń there will be 1-2 minibus which will bring up to 15 guests to the church and then to the restaurant, and during the late night it will frequently bring guests back to accomodation.
If you go by car, please let us know if you have extra seats to bring fellow guests. There is also an option to go to the restaurant by car, during party drive back to the accomodation, and get back to the party with minibus.
What time should I arrive?
If you plan to attend the church ceremony (please do, gonna be fun) please arrive there at 14:45 the latest. Otherwise to the restaurant please arrive at 16:15 the latest, thank you!
What about gifts?
We kindly ask you to not buy flowers and chocolate, they won’t last for the next day. We are happy for anything which fits into an envelope (including postcards). We also appreciate handmade gifts.
